What We Do

At RST Sitework & Septic LLC, we cover every step of outdoor and ground-level work that a home or building site needs. From the first cut of dirt to the final paver in place, our team handles the heavy work so you can focus on the bigger picture. Below is a clear look at the construction services we offer and how each one helps your project come to life. On every one of these jobs, the owners are the ones on site doing the work, not a crew of employees we send in our place.

Site Work For New Construction

Site work for new construction is where most of our jobs begin. Before any
foundation is poured or any wall goes up, the ground must be prepared the right way. We clear trees, remove rocks, strip topsoil, and grade the lot to match
the building plans. We dig for footings, set up trenches for water and sewer
lines, and shape the land for proper water flow. Good site work is the silent
hero of any build, since a strong house starts with strong ground beneath it.
Our crew reads blueprints, follows the survey marks, and works with your
builder so the whole project moves on time.

Lot Clearing

Lot clearing services are key for anyone who owns wooded or overgrown
land. We come in with the right machines to take down trees, pull stumps, cut brush, and haul away the waste. We work in a careful way so we do not harm the parts of the land you want to keep. If you wish to save certain trees, we mark them and protect them during the work. Cleared lots can then be used for new homes, gardens, parking spots, paddocks, or simply to open up a view. We also recycle wood when we can, turning brush into mulch or firewood for a greener finish.

Drainage Work

Drainage work keeps water moving away from your home and yard. Bad drainage causes wet basements, soggy lawns, dead grass, and damage to
driveways and walls. We design and install French drains, catch basins, swales, and pipe systems that guide water to safe spots. We use the slope of the land, the soil type, and the rainfall in your area to plan a smart fix. Every drainage job ends with proper backfill and seed so your yard heals fast. If you have standing water that just will not go away, our drainage services can solve it for good.

Yard Leveling

Yard leveling turns bumpy, uneven lawns into smooth, flat spaces that look great and work well. Sloped yards can be hard to mow, hard to walk on, and unsafe for kids or pets. We use skid steers, laser levels, and the right fill to bring the surface to a true grade. Leveled yards drain better, grow grass more evenly, and add curb appeal to any home. Whether you need a small dip filled in or a full backyard reshaped, our yard grading services match the result to your goals.

Latest Project

Take a look at one of our recent site transformations. From clearing the raw land and digging footings to final grading and drainage, our hands-on family crew handles every detail. We plan smart, work safe, and finish strong so your build stays on time and on budget.
