Our quotes are good for thirty days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after that point based on the cost of materials, labor, and time of year. Once you accept a quote, the prices are locked in for the agreed scope of work. Any change to the scope, called a change order, may affect the final price and timeline. Change orders are confirmed in writing before any new work begins.

A deposit may be required to lock in your start date. The deposit amount depends on the size of the project and is stated in the contract. Final payment is due upon project completion, unless we agree to a milestone payment plan. Payment can be made by check, bank transfer, or approved digital method. Late payments may carry a service fee, and any unpaid amounts may be sent to a collection partner if needed.

We stand behind our workmanship with a written warranty on each project. The warranty covers issues that arise from poor workmanship within the period stated in your contract. It does not cover damage from misuse, neglect, weather events, third-party work, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, contact our office within the warranty period and provide a clear description of the issue. We will inspect the site, review the work, and act on any valid claim in a fair time frame.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, permit offices, supply chain issues, or other events outside our control. We will keep you informed of any delays and adjust the schedule as needed. We are also not liable for damage to buried utilities or features that were not properly marked before work began. Always make sure utility marking is done before our crew arrives, since this is the only sure way to spot buried lines on your land.

You agree to give us safe access to the work area during normal business hours. You also agree to keep pets, children, and other people clear of active work zones for safety. Any photos we take during the project may be used in our marketing, with your name and address kept private unless you give written approval. If you do not want us to use project photos in any way, please tell us in writing before work begins.

If a dispute arises, both sides agree to try to resolve it through honest talk first. If that fails, the matter will be handled through small claims court or mediation in the county where the work was done. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where our office is located. By signing a contract with us, you agree to this dispute process and the choice of law.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. This limit applies to the fullest extent allowed by law.
